  • Mid-September: Jostens Cap & Gown presentation
  • Early-October: Jostens Cap & Gown in-person ordering
  • October 30: Yearbook Senior Photo & Senior Recognition Ad Submissions are Due
  • November 17: Yearbook Senior Recognition Ad (Final Deadline)
  • Mid-March: Senior Slideshow Submissions are Due
  • April 10: (Optional) Class of 2027 SHS Senior Excursion
  • May 3: MANDATORY Parent/ Senior Graduation Information Night @ SHS at 6 PM
  • May 7: (Optional) National College Signing Day (Athletics) @ SHS at 4:45 PM
  • May 10: MANDATORY Forms Due (Forms provided at the 5/3 Meeting)
    • Graduation Contract MANDATORY - Final Page of Information Packet, provided 5/3
    • Graduation Survey MANDATORY - Link will be provided after 5/3
    • Academic Awards Night Senior Scholarship Submission Form - Link will be provided after 5/3
    • Cap Design (Optional) - Final Page of Information Packet, provided 5/3
    • Complete Studio 5 Facial Recognition Profile (Optional) to receive photos from Graduation - Link will be provided after 5/3
  • May 14: Last day to get PLATO credit recovery coursework completed to count towards graduation.
  • Mid-May: Yearbook Distribution Day - During Advisory
  • May 19 - May 20: Senior Finals (Make-ups on May 21)
  • May 21: Seniors' Last Day of School!
    • Pass ALL Required Classes - Contact Counselors
    • Pay ALL Fees - Contact Mrs. Schumacher
    • Complete Senior Xello Survey - On Xello
    • Return Chromebook and Charger - Contact Mr. Moeller
    • Return Sports Uniforms - Contact Mrs. Lanter or Mrs. Yahn
    • Return Library Books - Contact Mrs. Genet
    • Transfer important documents from your drive or email to a new location. You will lose access to your weldre4 account on 6/1.
  • Mid-May: (Optional) Class of 2027 Graduate “Walk the Halls” at various schools in the District (specific school details will be provided soon)
  • May 23: (Optional) Multi-High School Baccalaureate Ceremony (Location TBD) at 7 PM
  • May 24: (Optional) Senior Academic Awards & Scholarship Night @ SHS at 6 PM
  • May 25: (Optional) All Sports Award Ceremony @ SHS at 6 PM
  • May 26: MANDATORY Graduation Rehearsal @ SHS at 1 PM
  • May 26: (Optional) Capping Ceremony @ SHS at 6 PM
  • May 30: Graduation Ceremony @ The Blue Arena at 2 PM
