The Boettcher Scholarship
The Boettcher Scholarship is a merit-based, four-year undergraduate program providing $80,000 in funding plus additional institutional aid to graduating Colorado high school seniors. 50 high school seniors are chosen annually from roughly 100 finalists. The Boettcher application review is a holistic selection process that evaluates applicants on all four of their selection criteria (superior scholastic ability and intellectual curiosity; evidence of leadership and involvement; service to community and school; and outstanding character). We encourage you and your student to visit the website to learn more about the Boettcher Scholarship. Students should also visit the “Application Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria” and “Frequently Asked Questions” pages on the website to help you make informed decisions about whether to apply, as the application process is competitive and time-consuming. Colorado seniors who meet the application requirements are invited to apply directly through the website.Students should begin working on this AS SOON AS POSSIBLE in order to meet the deadline of November 1st at 5pm. Any student who is applying should also notify their counselor as soon as possible so they can assist students with their application.
