Detailed information per event:

Mid-September:  Jostens Cap & Gown Presentation

• Jostens will host an informational meeting for seniors only, during advisory. Learn everything you need to know about ordering your cap and gown for graduation!

Early-October: Jostens Cap & Gown in-person ordering

• Jostens will return during lunch to accept Graduation Cap & Gown orders. Online ordering links will also be available for ordering through early-Spring!

October 30: Senior Photo Submission

• Submit your senior portrait for the yearbook! Make sure you're represented - upload your favorite photo to be included in this year's senior section.
• Pro Tip: Photos taken from the waist up are better suited for the sizing of the yearbook.
• The submission deadline is October 30, 2026.

October 30: Senior Recognition Ad

• Honor your senior with a recognition ad in this year's yearbook. Include photos and a personal message to celebrate their achievements.
• Please note: this submission is for the yearbook publication only and is different from the Graduation Slideshow submission.
• Early bird submission deadline is October 30, 2026. Final deadline is November 17, 2026.

November 17: Senior Recognition Ad (Final Deadline)

Mid-March: Senior Slideshow Submissions are Due (submission link and due date will be updated closer to the time)

April 10: (Optional) Senior Excursion (Location and registration details provided closer to the time)

May 3: MANDATORY Parent/ Senior Graduation Information Night @ SHS at 6 PM

• We will meet in the auditorium for a brief presentation outlining upcoming events and guidelines for the big day!
• Seniors will receive their caps and gowns

May 7: (Optional) National College Signing Day (Athletics) @ SHS at 4:45 PM

• We will honor our Senior Knights who will be furthering their athletics and academics at the collegiate level. RSVP by contacting Mrs. Yahn or Mr. Howard

May 10: MANDATORY Forms Due

May 23: (Optional) Multi-High School Baccalaureate Ceremony @ Location/Time TBD

• Area Ministry Leaders will bless the Senior Class from local High Schools - Severance High School, Windsor Charter Academy, Windsor High School, and Ascent Classical, as they prepare for graduation!

May 24: (Optional) Senior Academic Awards & Scholarship Night @ SHS at 6 PM

• Seniors who receive scholarships and/or other post-secondary awards will be celebrated.

May 25: (Optional) All Sports Award Ceremony @ SHS at 6 PM

• End-of-year sports banquet. We will announce Excalibur Athletes, as well as Athletes of the Year. Dinner provided by Boosters.

May 26: MANDATORY Graduation Rehearsal @ SHS at 1 PM

• Seniors bring their caps and gowns to SHS for their graduation class picture together, will walk the halls of Range View Elementary and Severance Middle School, and then participate in a mandatory Graduation Rehearsal at SHS.
  • Students who do not attend the Graduation Rehearsal will not be allowed to participate in the Graduation Ceremony.

May 26: (Optional) Capping Ceremony @ SHS at 6 PM

• An opportunity for seniors to honor a person in their life who has helped them advance to this point.

May 30: Graduation Ceremony @ The Blue Arena at 2 PM

• Graduation will be at the Blue Arena, 5290 Arena Cir, Loveland, CO 80538
• No limit on attendees per graduate
• Clear Bag Policy
• We will be live-streaming graduation on Facebook; the link will be posted to our Main Facebook page.

Timeline:

• 1:15 PM - SHS Seniors Arrive
• 1:30 PM - Doors Open for SHS Families/Guests
• 2:00 PM - Ceremony Begins
• 3:30 PM - Ceremony Ends

Parking:

• Parking at Blue Arena is $10 plus service fees, whether you pre-pay or pay on-site.
• You can pay by visiting the Blue Arena website or by scanning one of the QR codes posted at the arena.
• The parking fee will be waived for registered graduates. Graduates may receive one free vehicle exemption by completing the Blue Arena Paid Parking Exemption Form. (form provided closer to Graduation date)
• Please note: Your License Plate is your verification; spelling matters, and citations are still given even if it is misspelled (e.g., a 0 instead of an O), so please pay close attention when completing the forms. A fine of up to $100 may be assessed if you are not in compliance.
