Detailed Information per Event:

April 18: Class of 2026 SHS Senior Excursion

• This event is only available to 2025-2026 Graduating SENIORS
• $20 per person/ Permission Form - due by January 16th!

Excursion Schedule:

• 1 p.m. - arrive at SHS, depart SHS by 1:30 p.m.
• 2 p.m. - NOCO Ice Center
• 4 p.m - Main Event
• 6 p.m. - Colorado Eagles Game
• End of Game - catch a bus back to SHS

April 27: MANDATORY Parent/ Senior Graduation Information Night @ SHS at 6:00PM

• We will meet in the auditorium for a brief presentation outlining upcoming events and guidelines for the big day!
• Seniors will receive their caps and gowns
• For the less than 10 baseball/volleyball senior athletes, you will need to meet with Mr Morrow and Mrs Veile on 4/28 at 9AM in the front office. 

May 4: MANDATORY Forms Due

• Graduation Contract MANDATORY - Final Page of Information Packet, provided 4/27
• Graduation Survey MANDATORY - Link will be provided after 4/27
• Cap Design (Optional) - Final Page of Information Packet, provided 4/27
• Complete Studio 5 Facial Recognition Profile (Optional) to receive photos from Graduation - Link will be provided after 4/27

May 6: (Optional) National College Signing Day (Athletics) @ SHS at 4:45PM

• We will honor our Senior Knights that will be furthering their athletics and academics at the collegiate level. RSVP by contacting Mrs. Yahn or Mrs. Lanter.

May 8: Last day to get PLATO credit recovery coursework completed to count towards graduation.

May 13 - May 14: Senior Finals (Make-ups on May 15)

May 15: Seniors Last Day of School – MANDATORY: Seniors Must Complete the Following Items!

• Pass ALL Required Classes - Contact Counselors
• Pay ALL Fees - Contact Mrs. Schumacher
• Complete Senior Xello Survey - On Xello
• Return Chromebook and Charger - Contact Mr. Moeller
• Return Sports Uniforms - Contact Mrs. Lanter or Mrs. Yahn
• Return Library Books - Contact Mrs. Genet
• Transfer important documents from your drive or email to a new location. You will lose access to your weldre4 account by July.

May 17: (Optional) Multi-High School Baccalaureate Ceremony @ Location/Time TBD

• Area Ministry Leaders will bless the Senior Class from local High Schools - Severance High School, Windsor Charter Academy, Windsor High School and Ascent Classical, as they prepare for graduation!

May 18: (Optional) Senior Academic Awards & Scholarship Night @ SHS at 6PM

• Seniors who receive scholarships and/or other post-secondary awards will be celebrated.

May 19: (Optional) All Sports Award Ceremony @ SHS at 6PM

• End of year sports banquet. We will announce Excalibur athletes, as well as Athletes of the Year. Dinner provided by Boosters.

May 20: MANDATORY Graduation Rehearsal @ SHS at 1PM

• Seniors bring their caps and gowns to SHS for their graduation class picture together, will walk the halls of Severance Middle School, and then participate in a mandatory Graduation Rehearsal at SHS.

May 20: (Optional) Capping Ceremony @ SHS at 6PM

• An opportunity for seniors to honor a person in their life who has helped them advance to this point.

May 24: Graduation Ceremony @ The Blue Arena at 2PM

• Graduation will be at the Blue Arena, 5290 Arena Cir, Loveland, CO 80538
• No limit on attendees per graduate
• Clear Bag Policy
• We will be Live Streaming Graduation on Facebook - will be posted to our Main Facebook page.

Timeline:

• 1:15PM - SHS Seniors Arrive
• 1:30PM - Doors Open for SHS Families/Guests
• 2:00PM - Ceremony Begins
• 3:30PM - Ceremony Ends

Parking:

• Parking is $5 + service fees for both pre-pay and on-site options.
• Pay onsite by scanning one of the QR codes posted
• Fee will be waived for registered graduates - Link will be provided in mid May.
