CURRENT STUDENTS

Transcript requests will be available later this year through Xello, our comprehensive career and college planning tool. For now, please utilize the SHS Transcript Request Form to submit a transcript request. You can submit the form as many times as you need. Transcripts will be sent directly to the college or location indicated through your request form.

Instructions:

  1. If you are applying to schools via the Common Application, you will need to invite your counselor under the "Recommenders and FERPA" section to have your transcript submitted to the college/university. More information can be found under step 4 of this guide.
  2. If you are applying directly to a school via their website, utilize the SHS Transcript Request Form.

CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT / DUAL CREDIT

If you have taken a Dual Credit or Concurrent Enrollment course at Severance High School, you'll need to send the transcript from the college that awarded you credit. In order to do this, you'll need to visit the respective college's transcript page for instructions.
