• Annual Family Check-In: Each year, we require families to complete the Annual Family Check-In to ensure their contact information is up to date. Applications will open February 5, 2025.
• Existing Families: Students currently enrolled in a Weld RE-4 School (does not include charter). Applications for the 2025 - 2026 school year will open February 5, 2025.
• New Families: Students not currently enrolled in a Weld RE-4 School. Applications for the 2025 - 2026 school year will open February 5, 2025.
• Preschool Enrollment: Students being enrolled in preschool
• Kindergarten Enrollment:
  • If you already have another student enrolled in the district, please enroll your kindergartener via the enrollment process for existing families.
  • If your kindergartener is your first child to register with the district, please register via the registration process for new families.
• School of Choice Enrollment: Families who do not live within our district boundaries (out of district choice enrollment) or are looking to enroll a student at a school other than their assigned neighborhood school (in district choice enrollment)

Enrollment / registration for charter schools (Windsor Charter Academy and American Legacy Academy) are processed by that individual school and not the district.
