Request a Transcript

Instructions:

  1. Log in to Naviance: https://student.naviance.com/severancehs
    *Sign in using Google (with your school email address) by clicking the "Continue with Single Sign On" button
  2. On the home page, select "colleges" at the top of the page
  3. Click on "colleges I'm applying to"
  4. If you've already added a college to this list, click "Request Transcripts" and skip to step 6

    OR
    If you haven't added any colleges to this list, click the pink "+" and continue on to step 5

  5.  Add the school you would like to request a transcript for, fill out the information, and click "Add and Request Transcript". IMPORTANT: If available, make sure you select an option for "I'll submit my application" via Common App or Direct to the institution. We cannot send your transcript unless you select an option for this.

  6. Select "Initial" transcript, select the schools you will be sending the transcript(s) to, and click "Request and Finish"


For scholarships, athletics, or other scholarships - On the "colleges I'm applying to page" click on "Manage Transcripts," click the pink "+", select "other transcript" and enter in all of the information necessary to send the scholarship via mail. Make sure you click "Request and Finish" at the bottom of the page when you are finished.
